05 May 2005 Update
1929 1.5-Ton Chevrolet
Stephen sent in a bunch of additional pictures of his restoration with great attention to detail. Lots of good stuff so we made him some space in the Bolt Bucket. ~ Editor 05 May 2005 In July of 2004, Stephen sent some updated pictures (in the Bolt Bucket) showing the installation of the wood kit. "THAT was an experience. Although, it went very well, thanks to the great job that Classic Woods out of Greensboro, NC who made the wood kit. " "A friend of mine (Dutch) from Mesa, AZ manufactured the bed and tail gate. The tailgate is very vintage and original." The original story began in October 2003. "This is the restoration of my 1929 Chevrolet 1.5-ton truck that I purchased out of Garden City, Kansas and trailered back to Gilbert, Arizona. It has been quite a project and also a learning experience. " "By the way, I am also doing a 1929 Chevrolet two door sedan at the same time." Thanks, Stephen Binder
